You might have seen this on NDG a few months ago. Craig sent me one too. It's really good: his "Twelve things you might learn in your first year as a designer". Ben posted it at the right time, coming up to graduation. I'm posting it at a, possibly, less helpful time.
It's incidental, although a detail that I really liked, but Craig addressed it in an interesting way: He embedded my address (not shown here on purpose) in a paragraph of text about sending me a package and printed that onto the address label; pulling out the address details in bold. It arrived, no problem. And really made me smile.
I love his Internal Mail project too. Actually, there's loads of great stuff he's done here.
And, thankfully, there is a topical reason for mentioning this because Craig's in the latest edition of Eye.
