All that ancient architecture is well and good but, when abroad, I'm just as interested in the more "everyday"; there's something very romantic about other-culture-shabbyness.

I love these views, I find them very romantic too. This sort of shabby buildings means homeland to me much more than Palazzo della Signoria. May I ask in which town did you take these pictures?
