Ace. How interesting you should mention the transport museum in your link list. Somehow I have manged to get a massive (40kg) 1950's wall clock from Kings Cross underground station circa 1950's. How it got to Australia I don't know. It's huge. The workings are Italian from Solari bros. in Udine. (They apparently invented the classic airport arrival boards with the rotating numbers). In terms of typography, the clock has the most beautiful "M's", particularly the narrow version in "Time". any idea of the font or designer? Here is a link I sent to clock museum to see if I could get more info. i will now try the Transport museum.
