I must say a special thank you to a certain Pentagram partner for arranging to have one of these lovelies sent to me at the end of 2008. The little red book, or Marks to give it its proper name is, as reported elsewhere, a compilation of 400 logos designed by the group over their 37 years so there's some oldies and some newies. It's beautifully produced: printed just black throughout, cloth cover, five white ribbons bound in and french-folded super thin paper.
And then, just after I'd finished for Christmas another little package arrived through the door. Inside was a copy of this year's Pentagram holiday book, Numbers, designed by Michael Gericke and his team.
You lucky bastard. Jailer's pet you are. I've been in here ten years and they only put me up the right way last week.
