Bryan Nash Gill's prints are deceptively simple. I mean, they just look like he takes a slice out of a tree and makes a print. A glimpse into his labour-intensive methods reveals something else entirely. April saw the publication of Woodcut; the first book to bring together his beautiful, large-scale print work.
Absolutely beautiful.
